PROPOSED DEANSGRANGE LOCAL AREA PLAN
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 20(3) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 – 2008, that Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council, being the Planning Authority for the County, proposes to make a Local Area Plan for Deansgrange. In complying with SEA Directive (2001/42/EC) and the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council made a determination in accordance with Article 14A of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 and Circular Letter SEA 1/08 & NPWS 1/08. This is available for public inspection at the offices of the planning authority during office hours.
A copy of the Proposed Local Area Plan will be available for inspection Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from Tuesday 23rd February to Tuesday 6th April, 2010 inclusive at the following locations:-
Public Concourse, County Hall, Dún Laoghaire (9am–4.30pm)
All branches of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown Libraries during library opening hours.
The Proposed Local Area Plan may also be viewed on the County Council’s website.
Submissions and observations in respect of the Proposed Deansgrange Local Area Plan may be made in writing and marked for the attention of the Director of Planning, Planning Department, Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
Submissions and observations may also be made by e-mail to: email@example.com and should state your name, address and where relevant, the body represented.
All submissions and observations in respect of the Proposed Deansgrange Local Area Plan made in writing to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council within the above time period will be taken into consideration by the Council in deciding upon the Proposed Local Area Plan.
Two public open days will be held in respect of the Proposed Local Area Plan, during which representatives from the Council will be available to answer queries and accept written submissions on the following dates:
Wednesday 3rd & 31st March 2010 at Deansgrange Library from 11am-2pm and from 4pm–8pm.
