Metals up-grade
The junction of Marine/Crofton/Queens Roads continues to undergo resurfacing and alignment works with new public lighting and tree planting. A new signalised pedestrian crossing point will be provided outside Dún Laoghaire DART Station and greater pedestrian areas with wider pavements and a public space will be provided outside the Pavillion shops on Queen’s Road. It is now anticipated that works will be completed in July.

N11/M11 hard shoulder closure between Wilford and Fassaroe
Work will begin on the southbound carriageway of the M11/N11 between Wilford and Fassaroe, to facilitate the erection of public lighting columns. The hard shoulder will be closed for approximately 5 weeks until 15th July 2011.

N11 at Farmleigh Estate Bus Stop
Real Time Bus Passenger Information signage continues to be installed at the bus stop on the NII at Farmleigh from 10th to 24th June 2011 from 8am to 6pm. Road Crossing Ducting will be installed on southbound carriageway on Saturday 18th June between 8am and 4pm. Traffic flow will be maintained at all times and a traffic management plan will be in operation during this time.

Booterstown Avenue
Work continues on footpath restoration from between 10am and 4pm.

Temple Hill
Dublin Region Watermains Rehabilitation Project Construction Works will take place on Temple Hill, Monkstown from the junction with Temple Park Avenue to the junction with Monkstown Road, on 23rd & 24th June 2011 between 8am and 6pm.Two-way traffic flow will be maintained at all times, and a stop/go will be in operation.

Stradbrook Road outside Rockford Manor School
Works will take place on Saturday 18th June to facilitate the up-grading of the pedestrian crossing outside Rockford Manor School between 9am and 5pm. Partial footpath restrictions will occur at this location.

St. Kevins Villas / Rollins Villas, Sallynoggin
Trial holes will be dug to facilitate the completion of the Dublin Region Watermains Rehabhilitation Project works at St. Kevins Villas and Rollins Villas in Sallynoggin on on 23rd & 24th June 2011 between 9am and 5pm – a traffic management plan will be in place.

Kill Avenue
Works are continuing on Kill Avenue section of the QBC and Cycle Track Scheme from Foxrock Church to Dún Laoghaire DART Station. The road surfacing works are now complete apart from junction tie-ins and red surfacing at bus stops and cycle tracks. Road markings will commence on Monday 20th June (weather permitting) and minor works will continue for another 2 weeks approximately.
