The annual Cabinteely Carnival returns to Cabinteely Park again this year, on this Sunday the 11th of September, between 1 and 5pm, in front of Cabinteely House.
This free, family fun day is brought to you by dlr Events and features international duo trapeze act, The Barren Carrousel, magician, ventriloquist and sword-swallower Jack Wise, bouncing castles, an antique carousel, circus skills classes for budding performers, face painting and walkabout entertainers.

Entry and attractions at the event are free but parking is very limited at the park it is recommended to walk or use public transport.
The Barren Carrousel is an international duo trapeze act, featuring Kelsey Long and Anita Woods. Kelsey and Anita have been performing together as The Barren Carrousel since 2006. They have trained extensively in Australia, Germany, USA, Holland, France and Belgium specializing in aerial (silks, trapeze, web and hoop), contortion and acrobatics. They have has toured throughout the UK and Ireland in festivals, fairs and corporate events. Jack Wise is a magnificent, multitalented magician, ventriloquist, pickpocket and sword swallower. Jack has mastered the art of sword swallowing and is one of only sixty sword swallowers in the world today.
