The Legislation Podcast will look at the legislation that is passing through the Houses of the Oireachtas, focussing on a different bill every week.
This week, we look at the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2016, which makes provision for plain packaging of cigarettes among other important measures. Second stage of the Bill was taken in the Dáil on Tuesday and Wednesday last week by Minister for Health Simon Harris TD and Helen McEntee TD, Minister of State for Mental Health & Older People.
